The Mid Atlantic Training and Development Center offers a variety of options to develop individuality
and teamwork through a variety of non threatening activities. The activities offered are designed to meet the
needs of individuals of all ages to expand and challenge their mental and physical abilities. Through a series of
non-competitive challenges and activities, each participant learns how they and their teammates directly
and indirectly influence one another.. These activities and challenges are ideal for developing leadership,
teamwork, self- esteem and personal growth. Whether braving the high ropes, conquering challenges
as a team, or just having a good time, Ozzy’s has it all. 

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The Mid Atlantic Training and Development Center created its team building programs
around seven basic fundamentals:

By focusing on these seven basic fundamentals, many objectives are accomplished effectively in an
extremely diverse environment. Not only will Ozzy’s provide a great environment to learn and grow both
as an individual and a team, but also will allow participants to let loose and have a great time.

CHALLENGE BY CHOICE

The key principal of the programs developed by Ozzy’s is “Challenge by Choice”. Each individual may
choose which activities to participate in without the peer pressure associated with other types of
challenge courses. Activities are challenging, exciting, entertaining and some may possibly be frightening for a few
individuals. Each activity is designed to challenge oneself emotionally, physically, and mentally.
The decision to participate or not is yours alone and is respected by all those in each group.

GOAL SETTING

The programs developed by Ozzy’s are facilitated by professionals and based on each group’s
individual characteristics and needs. Each activity starts simply and progressively becomes more
complicated and is increased in difficulty according to the group’s progress.

WHO WE ARE

We are the ultimate team building facility in the Mid-Atlantic region. 

We are a resourceful combination of Ozzy’s Professional staff in partnership with
other performance Improvement Companies. 

We are a team of highly experienced team building facilitators, including certified ropes course instructors.

We are the only indoor ropes course facility in the region and operate year round, rain or shine.

We normally come to your school or workplace to conduct pre-team building event
 interviews to determine your specific needs.

We believe that in order to customize your event, we need to understand your
organization’s objectives so that we can ensure “real life” learning.

We customize each event to meet your specific needs and objectives.

We provide debriefing and facilitated discussions at all activities to make sure that participants understand the importance and relevance of each activity and can translate that into real life learning.

We provide options for half day, full day or two day event formats.

We promote personal challenge and learning in a fun, highly interactive environment.

We use a combination of non-threatening floor games, team experiences, problem solving
activities and a more challenging low and high ropes course to meet specific learning objectives. 
This is done in a supportive and highly interactive manner.
